When should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment at the Spa to allow yourself time to check in and to familiarize yourself with our facilities. We recommend that you shower and change before your treatment.
What should I bring?
A bathing suit is optional for hydrotherapy treatments. Robes and towels are supplied.
Can I ask the therapist to adjust things to increase my comfort?
Yes. For example - you may request for massage pressure to be increased or decreased or for your favourite aroma blend to be used. This is your time and you should enjoy the experience to the fullest.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please let us know if you have any concerns at all. Please be sure to notify us when you book if you are pregnant or if you have high blood pressure or suffer from allergies (e.g. to Iodine).
Do you have treatments for both men and women?
Our Spa treatments do cater for both men and women. |

CANCELLATION POLICY

- Please would you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment
- 5 hours advance notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling, after which 50% of the treatment will be charged for
- Late arrivals will have their treatment times reduced accordingly
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Cellphones to be turned off on arrival
- Management and Staff are not liable for loss or damage of personal property. Please leave valuables at home
- Treatments and Packages are non refundable, non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other treatments
- Gift Vouchers available for treatments (valid 3 months) and will not be exchanged for products or cash
- Treatments only available to persons 16 years and older
- 50% Deposit is required for any bookings made for 3 or more people and any day packages
